The renewal date is that date by when you have to renew your subscription or it will be temporarily blocked after 5 days from the due date of renewal.

There is a reminder facility which sends a reminder email to your email address 3 days before your subscription expires , but in case you some how skip to renew your subscription we still will not block your site for 14 days as considering the loss which may occur to you because of the same BUT on 15th day your website will be blocked.

For making payment YOU NEED NOT TO HAVE a PayPal a/c, you just need to enter your details as normal transaction with your credit card details and you are done. We have opted PayPal considering maximum security of your valuable information.

As per our payment policies the minimum subscription period could be 1 year as it’s not that easy to maintain the inventory on monthly basis at our end. We have tried to minimize the administration tasks and more concentration on technical aspects and our services improvisation.

There is NO HIDDEN COST policy in Ocean web services, all the costs mentioned are with Actual costs and no additional cost is charged during the subscription.

We do not store your credit card information on our servers. We are using the services of PayPal.com which is an authorized retailer the payment globally. Your credit card information will be totally secure.

You have to simply write us to discuntinue@oceanwebservices.net we will verify you by sending you an email with a verification code.

We are sorry to inform you that you for time being we cannot extend your hosting space with us, if we have any facility in the future we will be glad to inform you.

You are always welcome to change your plan, in that case the existing plan will be stopped and you would have to make the payment for new plan of your choice.

No there is no need to buy any software. In fact the only tool you will use to build your website is your Content Management System and that we will provide you.

Its simple to understand as generally the home page structure is called main template and pages other than home pages are not as complex as the home page and generally have simple design are called sub templates.
